What this site processes
This site is a showcase: there is no membership, no account, no file upload and no payment. The site itself processes only the data you enter, and only through the contact form:

Contacting us over WhatsApp
The phone number published on this site is for WhatsApp only. If you write to us there, your phone number, your message and its metadata are processed over the infrastructure of Meta Platforms, Inc.; that is a consequence of your choosing WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. You do not have to use that channel: the form and e-mail do the same job.
Purpose, legal basis and retention
This data is processed solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your explicit consent under article 5/1 of the KVKK; the form cannot be submitted without ticking the consent box.
⛔ Form data is not stored on this site. Your message is delivered directly to our corporate e-mail address; the site has no database. The retention period is the period for which the e-mail correspondence is kept.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies and contains no visitor tracking tool (there is no Google Analytics, Tag Manager or anything comparable). See the Cookie Policy for detail.
The light/dark theme you choose is stored only in your browser and is never sent to the server.
International transfers
The site uses a hosting provider to distribute static content. In that context technical connection data such as your IP address may be processed in server access logs.
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is processed by two service providers so that the message can reach our corporate e-mail address, and is therefore transferred abroad:

No personal data of yours is transferred abroad beyond this.
The typeface used on these pages is served from our own servers; no third-party font service is contacted.
Preventing abuse
To stop a large number of submissions arriving from the same connection in a short time, your IP address is held temporarily in server memory. It is not recorded, it is not added to the e-mail sent to us, and it is lost when the server restarts. The legal basis is legitimate interest under article 5/2-f of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information if it is, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to ask that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
